The impressive centrepiece is the grand, light-filled living and dining area that features a gorgeous chandelier and an expanse of glass that frames a delightful view of the garden. Spend mornings sipping on fresh steamed coffee, listen to the sounds of the birds and the bush, and soak up the peaceful surroundings. Or if your dream holiday includes dining under the soothing light of the moon, you’ll be delighted by the vast entertainer’s terrace that flows out from the living space, and is an enchanting space to host family and friends for special gatherings.

A cosy lounge area with slow-combustion fire will be the obvious spot to curl up and relax as the evening wears on. And when twilight falls, retreat to one of four bedrooms, which are elegantly furnished with eclectic hand-picked furniture and comfortable beds. Two superbly presented bathrooms include a bath and a shower each, while a mezzanine-style living area provides yet another space for private relaxation.

The Neighbourhood

There’s no excuse not to embrace the great outdoors, with a wide range of outdoor activities in the area that include mountain biking and cycling tracks, horse-riding trails, as well as fruit orchards and hobby farms to visit.

There’s a multitude of bushwalks in nearby Galston Gorge and Berowra Valley National Park. Or wander around Fagan Park, with picnic and BBQ areas, playgrounds and stunning gardens and historic homesteads to explore.

With a great selection of local shops, cafes and restaurants, everything you need for your stay can be gathered with little effort. Or if you want to fit in a spot of shopping, Hornsby is only a 20-minute drive away.
